Hello! I'm here to report a mini bug, that I somehow have.

I've found this bug a couple days ago, but didn't have time to report, so I'll do this now.
The bug is this item in my inventory, with a question mark icon, that I can't seem to get rid of, and it's been sitting there. I've tried refreshing, but it doesn't go away.
