so the game recommends Life or Defense for mood for earth mains. Someone said I should be adding to my resistance being that the shield is based on my own resistance. Give me your opinions.

You only have the mood on your resistance if you use the shield otherwise, to me, its worthless to have.

I personally have it but my mood lvl is 6 so i get a 25% bonus which is really helpful, especially if your gonna be using the shield.
