Can you provide proof, 100% of the time when I tested (50/50 times) he revived.

He always revived i ahve him like 1 month or longer just today he didnt 3 times so i checkd the skill description. And now it says there is a chance for revive.

Tobi was nerfed long ago before this user posted about this change. I reckon it's been 1 month+ since Tobi nerf. I'm glad more people are becoming aware of this. :D

dude my group use him daily it was not loooong ago it was today or yesterday.

Still comes back once without fail been playing with him lots today. The issue is not the revive but the double dmg on chase on top of all the other stuff like dodging mystery and revive . If they nerfed his chase to stop his combo 1 shooting wind ninjas he d be still just as viable as many others and not must have.

The nerv is not bad i mean its probaly 50/50 chance now hes still very strong and a must have for free2play player. But what rages me is the fact that they wont even tell you changes like this now and the 20 max ramen a day. No word on such things thats disgusting. Many ppl wasted alot of stamina potions.

the only issue i have with him is his mastery dodge since he dodges most mains mastery like crazy forcing you to target other less harmful ninjas than gambling on trying to hit him.

Ask a moderator/dev and they will tell you the same. It's possible they increased the odds of Tobi not reviving or just that you got an unlucky streak. In all this time I believe my Tobi didn't revive only once or twice max. There was also a bug when they implemented the Tobi nerf - everytime he revived, in plot/elite instances he would add +1 to *ulative deaths, even though he survived by reviving - but that has been fixed in the first week or so after the nerf was added. :) This post was last edited by BobyMan at 2016-10-8 14:07

He still revives 100% of the time for me, and I got 22 ramens first day... sth is not right here xD

The only time Tobi doesn't revive is after Kamui, or 3rd Hokage Death Reaper Seal.

Nah, that is not his actual nerf. His main nerf in the future is that his ability to revive will be replaced by an ability that is the same as sage mode naruto's one. (+20 chakra each action).

Yep, the added Battery passive and removal of Knockdown from his mystery.

His ignite remains intact on both his chase and standard.
Eitherway, it was a pretty big nerf.

There is a prove. You might be in a newer server so the nerv didnt hit you yet. But your server will eventually also be nerved

For one it's spelt nerf, two a newer server still has the same patch as every other server on global, so no your logic does not stand and therefore right now I have no proof of Tobi being nerfed and it doesn't feel as if he's been nerfed after my tests as said before.
