Strategy: use Sai mystery and hinata mystery same time after the anbu guard on top attacks. Pray that hinata takes only 1 attack with mystery on during the first round. Second round use Main mystery on Naruto, pray that Jiraya gets crited by main with standard attack or shark (for neurotoxin talent). Third round Kakashi mystery on Naruto, Jiraya should die on this round. You should be able to beat 2 Anbu guards by spamming skills on them, I had water main, kakashi and Sai alive for them, possibly Hinata survived with low hp to get her mystery.
