The event ended at 7 hours. I made this post with one day late, because I wanted to see if the problem is solved. In my country and in the server, the time to receive the reward was in the right time Reply

I closed your thread because I explained everything to you. Our admins made it clear to me, only players who reported/informed us about their problem before 12 am EST - 27th of July will receive compensation.

I can ask them if they can review your case. I will update you once I receive response from them.
