I reached lvl40 and did not receive my reward from the event. That same day, i reached at lvl41 to see if it was only a momentary error, but this continue. the deadline of the event was based on your local time and only those who reported the 'bug' before the 28th received compensation

Hello.

As mentioned before, the deadline of the New Server Event (such as Level up event, Group event etc ..) is the player's local time, not server time.

We'll send some compensations to those who mentioned the "bug" before 12 am EST 27th of July. Sadly, this is not your case.

I'm locking this topic now.
