even if sage is available or not the question is do you have the money to get him?. it only says get access, it didn't say you will get access to it for free. unless you are someone who will spend money to get him, you can't complain about him not in game yet because either way you won't get him for free unless you really are someone who will spend money to get him.

He is only available in the original version which is the chinese version. You can go and play in that version to get access or whatsoever but the fact that getting him is very very very hard
