Is Fuguki good Bt and if so what kinda teams is he good with/what bt talents to take

While drawing in GNW Seal i got Lucky or unlucky and have got enough Frags for 4 star Fuguki and was wonder if i could/ should build around him any advice would be nice

No, he's pretty outdated. He's okay to build around if you have nothing better but doesn't hold up great.

If you want to build around him, here are a few ideas: Suigetsu [Taka Squad], Mangetsu [Edo Tensei], Mifune, Jinpachi Musashi [Edo Tensei]
