Hello! I have this strange bug not allowing me to participate in any cross-server activities. When i try to do Arena or some event like Sage World Battle i am getting disconnected from the server. Please look in to it. My server is S17: Zabuza | UK. I am not playing from UK. This was one of the first servers for EU so i chose it years ago. I can't connect to the new server (S2700) to start a new character too.
1. Clear the game cache (cog icon in the top right > clear up system)
2. Flush the DNS cache (open 'command prompt' on the PC and type `ipconfig /flushdns` and hit enter)
3. Reboot the PC (to be extra sure, reboot the modem / router too)
Generally just looks like you have an unstable game connection (which can happen especially if you are physically located outside the UK or European region). This isn't the same as your internet connection.

Tried what you suggested and it didn't change anything. I live in Europe and didn't have this problem last time I was playing the game. Like i said i cant even start a new character in S2700 European server.
If that's not working, then try a VPN or the 2.3 or 2.4 version of the client. Unfortunately if you're constantly getting disconnected, it indicates a connection to the server issue (not your wifi). While we generally have stable connections, it's never guaranteed so even if the "last" time you played it was fine, this can change for any number of reasons.
For anyone still having issue with logging in / cross server, and you've done the DNS flush and cache clear you have a couple options:
1. Older client version (2.3 or 2.4) from the download page.
2. A VPN (where you pick a server from the VPN ideally further from your physical location).
3. Contacting your internet service provider (ISP) and see if they can route you around the issue.
If all of that fails, you can make a CS ticket via user center on browser or ? icon at the top right of your client.
