I am unable to start the game. Launcher is just a blackscreen.
I tried older versions of the client but it still doesnt work

You may need to use a VPN if older version (specifically 2.3 and 2.4) are not working for you. The difference between the 3.x versions are typically not enough for any black screen issues.
