how can i reset the 2ndary password of 6 numbers ?

You can reset the 2nd level password but you will need to wait an entire week for it to be completed. Click on 'Change' and then 'Forgot Password'. You won't be able to perform some functions during this time (any that require a 2nd level password). Entering the password cancels the reset period.
