Recall Event Bug - System Error Ruined Progress, Support Refused to Help

Hello,
I'm writing this to share my experience with the Recall Event just ended, which has not only wasted my time and effort but exposed how broken the system is - and how unwilling the support team is to take responsibility for their own faults.

What happened:
- I participated in the event and invited 8 friends to create new accounts via my recall code.
- However, due to clicking the "Return" *on multiple times (which should NEVER break a proper system), the event website incorrectly marked me as having recalled 10 accounts.
- As a result, my recall code became invalid, and I was locked out from recalling the remaining 2 friends - making it impossible to complete the event and get the perfect score.

I contacted support:
I explained everything clearly, with screenshots. I even offered to top up $10 on my main account, just like I would do to the 10 recalled accounts if the event had worked correctly. I didn't ask for free rewards - just to be treated fairly.

Their reply?

"We cannot reverse the issue of the code being used multiple times. Sorry for the inconveniences."

That's it.
No help, no solution, not even acknowledgment that this was a technical flaw in their own event page - something that also affected several of my friends.
This isn't about free stuff. It's about trust and basic fairness.
Players followed the rules. The system glitched. Support shrugged and walked away.
We deserve better than a copy-paste response when real money, time, and effort are involved.

To the devs:
Fix your system.
Train your support to do more than say "sorry."
And if you value your paying players - start acting like it.
