I followed all troubleshooting steps after the game kept freezing at 13%, including VPN, DNS flush, cache clearing, and client reinstall. I submitted all proof to support and simply asked if I’d be compensated for missing login rewards due to a technical issue. After several messages, support stopped replying. Can someone please confirm whether players who missed logins due to server-side errors are eligible for compensation?is ignorence the way they treat their customer???

Initial response is typically 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) but investigation can take longer. As for the fixes, when you try VPN, try one physically far from your location (if you're in Europe, try a VPN from the USA). For client reinstall, make sure you try all client versions.
