hey i logged back into my account, that i created like 5 years ago and all my progress was gone. 13 year old me poured a lot of sweat into that account.

  • Did you ensure you were on the correct server? Can see all servers you created a character on by going to the recharge page and using the drop down on step 1 to see all characters.

    Otherwise, if you're logging in with a third party, make sure you're logging in the same way you did in the past. A third party login is not the same as directly inputting into the client.

where is the recharge page?
