1＃ Go Tohey i logged back into my account, that i created like 5 years ago and all my progress was gone. 13 year old me poured a lot of sweat into that account.

Did you ensure you were on the correct server? Can see all servers you created a character on by going to the recharge page and using the drop down on step 1 to see all characters.
Otherwise, if you're logging in with a third party, make sure you're logging in the same way you did in the past. A third party login is not the same as directly inputting into the client.

Recharge page is the ingot shaped icon at top right of the client. Alternatively can click "recharge" *on anywhere in game from any character created and it'll bring you to the recharge page associated with your UID. You can see any characters on that page also associated with that UID on the dropdown on step 1. You do NOT have to complete a recharge to view this page.
