I am revisiting this game after a year or two and my application won't open when I try downloading the newest version of the mini client (the Facebook supported one, since my account is stored there). Any idea what to do? I contacted support but they still haven't reached out yet...

Support is M-F and typically responds in 24 hrs. If they haven't within 24 hours and it's not the weekend, can follow up on the ticket.

C*so try a clean reinstall in the meantime.
