Sorry for the rookie question, I'm returning to the game after being absent for a long time. Lots of things have changed and lots of new characters have been added since I left, it's honestly kind of incomprehensible.

I see old seasonal packs in the duel arena, but is there any faster way to obtain them?

The packs themselves show up in events from time to time. Mostly labeled "Seasonal Ninja Pack" and have versions I, II, III, IV, V, each with different ninjas in them.
