1＃ Go ToI'm nowhere near delusional enough to actually expect to win, but it's seriously annoying to have to wait like 3 minutes to get a match and then sit through another several minutes of unskippable getting-deleted, and then repeat that until I run into someone on my level or one of those people who quit immediately for some reason. is there any way to get through the daily practice a bit faster

As long as you're in training arena you should have decently quick queues unless only on single server matching. Both sides have ability to retreat.
Early game unfortunately can take longer due to lack of units. Can try to ask for a win in battle chat for dailies but no guarantee on a response or how opponent responds.
