For those that are having FB login issues, the devs are trying to do our utmost do resolve things on our end, but there's two somewhat limited options you have available at this time:

1) Wait for the login portal to come back up

Note this is not the same as facebook platform itself - facebook itself being up does not mean the portal is up - hence why we always advocate for account binding

When it comes back up - go to your account center (accessible after logging into the game/through the official website) and bind your account.
Here is How to bind an account guide. Google/Facebook have the same working to get an account bound if you are able to login into your acc.

2) File a CS ticket to get your account bound to a unique email:

Since this is related to account data, you will need to send proof of verification of you being the owner of the account (specific details on the account, as well as recharge/transaction history). You will also need to provide a unique email that has never been used before to bind or create an oasis games account, to be bound to the account you are making a ticket for.

However, this is a much slower/tedious option to go through since we have to make sure account integrity is preserved.

Again, if you are still using a 3rd party login in 2025, please get your account bound ASAP

We are sorry for the current 3rd party login issues but unfortunately we cannot get a fix on those as we have no control over them.
