You mean the ninjas like masked man, killer bee 8tails jin, kakashi anbu, minito hokage and jonin, itachi anbu, sasuke ronin, the [suit] ninja, yamato anbu, holiday ninja, madara 5 kage summit, and all those ninja who you cant get in recruit and who never show up in events? If so then yeah id agree, like i wanted to upgrade yagura edo tensei to 4 stars for a long time but cant cuz i cant get frags to him, id appricate it if they could have an event dedicated to the old "forgotten" ninja
