im from server 1 i have 2acc1 real and FB acc for helping like sending mission :mission mobilization etc .my fb acc got bug and im forget about the day / this last day hot topics ,im miss redem reward that all week

In future, try this:

1. Clear the game cache (cog icon in the top right > clear up system)

2. Flush the DNS cache (open 'command prompt' on the PC and type `ipconfig /flushdns` and hit enter)

3. Reboot the PC (to be extra sure, reboot the modem / router too)

Bind your account in user center to avoid third party (Facebook) login issues.

If you need to recover your account, you need to make a ticket to Customer Support.
