Sorry for the late reply. Ingots can take up to 24 hours to arrive. Make sure to check if they weren't issued to a different account.

Recharge issues are handled by Ingame CS. They can be contacted through the "?" in the top right corner of your client or via here: https://support-center.narutowebgame.com/?lang=en-us

If you send a ticket to them please be aware in advance an initial answer can take up to 24 hours as well and that they will not reply in the weekends.
