Sorry for the late reply, but these cards can enable the use of the AFK system. You can enable the AFK system by going to the NPC for it in South Konoha

Or by pushing the screen at as underlined in the SS to open the same page as when you hit click on the NPC

It will open the following window where you can select anything you want to be done while you are online afk. Every time you click on "Start" it will consume 1 of those cards.
