It is clear that; you can get 11 fragments a day by praying by yourself. But when you click "Apply help"; even though it sends a notification to others, when others click on the notification, it sends you back to this event screen. Is it bugged?

The second question; what is the use of 4k gauge? Since the "Apply help" is not working; it is literally impossible to it 4k on your own.

All and all it's about 77 fragments of Xmas Konan; so the use for "Apply Help" and 4k gauge remains a mystery. Help is appreciated.
