Does anyone know if Mecha Naruto has had his skills updated here in NY?

Mecha Naruto requires four star to have his kit upgrade. NY is one of the four regions of the EN version of the game, so if you see it in LA (US West), UK (Europe), HK (Asia and others), NY (US East) has it as well. CN (China) is a different version of the game.

Yes, but I'm referring to the skill update that was in QQ, normally ninjas, Bt and ninja Rework that are there will arrive in other regions at some point. I already have Mecha Naruto 4, I'm just waiting for its rework which is honestly taking a long time.

Unfortunately we're not guaranteed to get everything CN does. There's no set timeline for it either. Mecha-Naruto got a skill update in EN around late December 2023 / early January 2024 for his passive 3 at four star. Anything different from that in other regions has no set time frame or guarantee.

Mecha Naruto is not broken whale meta ninja, so Oasis will take their sweet time with this update. They only rush BT/skill reworks for milk cows like Susanoo Shisui or Pain.
