This game feels more and more like a card game as you learn about it.

So we have ninjas with Sorcery speed, ninjas with Instant speed, and there's a priority system of first in first out that can bog down the rest of your casts even if they have higher Initiative.

Course there's a trick to getting around that... delaying casts and waiting for the proper timing. My jutsu won't get delayed if I wait to activate your jutsu until I've finished mine.

Understanding cast order also matters in PVP because it lets you accomplish hidden jutsu. If you know the timing of when the cast will occur, you can hold off on queuing the cast until the last possible moment so it appears to just come out of nowhere. This helps against control and interrupt ninja attempting to shutdown your jutsu. Sometimes you might even WANT to wait until after all the ninja attack so your jutsu moves to the next round. This is someone like Gaara can do a "Surprise" Desert burial.

So, this is useful and everything... But the prompt one? I wi* was true for the well known Lightning Main+Hinata+Sasuke+Kakashi... Because Hinata's Mystery IS A PROMPT MYSTERY, but it activates AFTER Sasuke's Kirin which is NOT a prompt one.

That just means Prompt isn't an absolute, it's a bonus to Initiative.

Hi, the reason for this is that there are two parts to 3 star sasuke's mystery, where the first part which creates a barrier is not a prompt mystery, yet the second part which causes damage to the opponent is a prompt mystery.

if you're casting the first part of his mystery +hinatas, hinata will go first,
if you're casting the second part + hinatas, it depends on your clicking time and positioning

I hope this helps, and also one other thing is in ranked battles, sasukes mystery will be activated before hinatas, because barriers are prioritized.

For Interrupts I just guess on who is about to use a Jutsu.

Yeah same, but the problem with that is some players won't cast any jutusu at the start. Then you waste your interrupt and THEN they cast the jutsu. You can cast a jutsu at any point during your turn. :lol

okay I keep getting this with hinata/karin/kakshi combo, where karin's attack always goes first (rather than hinata's) even though they have the same initiative and hinata is in the first position. Is there a way to change this? it's fine in regular battles (since i just override it manually) but in ranked battles it forces you to auto which screws me up...

for auto, damage causing mysteries will always be prioritized when you don't have enough charkra, there is no way to change this, unless hinata is the only one with a 0 cd at the beginning of the battle on her team
