Hello,

There are a few steps you can try.

1) Clear the game cache (COG icon in the top right > Clear up system)

2) Flush DNS Cache (Open 'Command prompt' on the PC and type in 'ipconfig/flushdns' and hit enter)

3) Reboot the PC and to be extra sure reboot the modem/router as well.

If said 3 steps do not work id recommend to use a VPN to get connected or to try installing another version of the game.
