Some answers, more specifically: answers for questions about ninja fragments from clearing Elite Instances, in Ninja Test got messed up. Just today:

Got question about ninja fragments from Pure Loyalty Elite Instance. Correct answer was always Guy. Today I got option:

Sasuke, Kimimaro, Jugo, don't remember fourth one (obviously not Guy). So no correct answer.

Next, got a question about ninja fragments from Maiden of Uzumaki Clan elite instance. Again, correct answer was Guy, answers provided by game were:

Ino, Karin, Karin (yes, the same answer twice), Sakura. Again, no correct answer.

And before I get something like "dude, you get Kimmimaro from Pure Loyalty": those questions were always poorly worded. They weren't about frags from sweeping but about frags for first time clearance.
