1＃ Go Tojust couple minute before i create my new acc on asia new server then after play until lvl 10 it say connection error soo i refresh back but get the account is expired. pls help me i spend so much time on my main acc which lvl 93.

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply. But as I understand you haven't properly accepted the GDPR. Which can be solved like this:
- Make a new character in another server
- Fill in the GDPR information (age and country, it should pop up automatically to be filled in, if it doesn’t, proceed to step 3)
- Accept the GDPR Policy by clicking the 'Cog' in the top right in-game, then click 'Data Transfer Outside EEA' and then click on 'Accept'
- Wait 10-15 minutes
- You should now be able to log back onto your old character and continue playing
In some cases, step 2 will not be automatic. In that case, simply proceed with step 3. If the above steps don't resolve this for you, the only option left is to make a ticket on the CS platform ('?' icon at the top right of client or this li
