In this video i'm showing person who have less iniative than me and going first. Okay he have Speed Rush Tactic, but Speed Rush Tactic Level 2 give 5% of your current Iniative which means he will get 120 iniative extra which are not showed, also he have Tenten for Assist Ninja who not giving extra iniative. I want of Administration to fix this bug, what's the point of upgrading iniative if you can just have Speed Rush and be Dominant.

Also my friend have 500 more iniative than me and when he fight him he going second instead first. Is Speed Rush giving 5% or 1000%?
