Hey, I want to ask, I have Mu (Second Tsuchikage) on max breakthrough and have active fission jutsu Y - it says that fission clone uses atomic dismantling jutsu, but the clone does it only occasionally and only attacks enemy"s clones, is it normal?

Hello,


This is normal his Passive will only attack non ninja units, which means clones. If those are not on the field there will not be any passive damage.
