Last week events said the treasures will be permanent but it still shows a deadline, will the draw count reset every time the deadline is reached?

In the past they used to reset when they went away but with the recent change we aren't certain yet, I recommend not trying unless you have enough seal scrolls to pull for the Ninja you want.
