If you have already tried the steps below and are still experiencing issues:

1. Clear the game cache (cog icon in the top right > clear up system)

2. Flush the DNS cache (open 'command prompt' on the PC and type ipconfig /flushdns and hit enter)

3. Reboot the PC (to be extra sure, reboot the modem/router too)

If login issues persist despite following troubleshooting steps such as clearing cookies and cache, and flushing DNS (by opening 'command prompt' on your PC and typing ipconfig /flushdns, then hitting enter), I suggest temporarily using a VPN to log into the game.
