If you have already tried the steps below and are still experiencing issues:
1. Clear the game cache (cog icon in the top right > clear up system)
2. Flush the DNS cache (open 'command prompt' on the PC and type ipconfig /flushdns and hit enter)
3. Reboot the PC (to be extra sure, reboot the modem/router too)

Might I also recommend checking if you have a version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your devices that is older than 11.4 version as mentioned in the screenshot that you provided?
use miniclient. looks like the problem is here. hehehe
