I have an account on S938 NY, Urek 4 Mil account
I have record of me playing on it for years... the new client update erased my presaved info, once i started entering my email and password it kept saying incorrect password.
I then used the account recovery option and succesfully entered the security questions which allowed me to create a new password.
When i used the new password it says" wrong information" on the client itself and on the browser keeps telling me the " User does not exist"
even though when I try to create a new account with the email it says " Account already exists"
As you can imagine this is confusing, so im not really sure how to get access again or if the password changed through account recovery was even accepted at all.
I can provide proof of account, im also borrowing another forum account because i cant even log into the forum to create my own ticket..

They might ask Certain Questions so do make sure to keep an eye for a reply. These relplies can take up to 24hrs to be send out and CS does not work over the Weekend so getting a reply from CS is unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays
