Sorry for the late reaction.

There are a few steps that you can follow.

1. Clear the game cache (cog icon in the top right > clear up system)

2. Flush the DNS Cache (open 'command prompt' on the pc and type ipconfig /flushdns and hit enter)

3. Reboot the PC

If that does not work, would try doing a clean reinstall of an older version of the client (Clients download center)

Should both of those solutions not work, would try a VPN and all the servers the VPN has to offer, preferably one from further from your physical location
