Hover over the red rectangle that includes your name and then there will be a dropdown menu where you can choose Recharge as an option.

A reply from CS can take at least 24 hours. You can check if you had a reply by going back to the center. If CS didn't reply you c*ways send a follow-up in the same Ticket. If CS starts an investigation it may take longer to get a reply.
