Hey! Just logged in back after some time, only to be met by the "create character" screen. I'm pretty sure I'm on the right server, the one that I played until now. Can someone explain to me how this happend? Thank you!

If your character has been inactive for a very prolonged time without you check-in in every now and then, then it is possible that your character was deleted.
