Sorry for the late reply but please make contact with our in-game Customer Support via the "?" at the top of the client to report your recharge problems.

Also (if applicable for you all):

a) if you all managed to get successfully credited from earlier recharges this week, please mention those details too so that we can try and zoom into when the issue might have begun.

b) Please provide the transaction details (Date/Time/Amount/Invoice or Transaction ID) of all the recharges that were credited with ingots but not seen credited in the events like TRR and CSM
