Basicly my friend in my server got banned. He tried to recharge and the first time he had done it, it worked. Today he tried again but the bank didn't allow the transaction. So the money was taken from his account and he got it back right after. He also didn't get any ingots for it, but he still got banned. Many other people had this issue, but noone but him got banned for it.

What should he do to get this resolved?

[Edit]: We are on S2220: Frog Call and his username was tatsu from the beginning, but had changed it to Acnologia yesterday.
