Well, I did all the daily checking when I clicked to receive my coupons, a package appears going to haba of items but when I go to look for this package of coupons to receive my coupons they are not there and my coupons were not counted

It's probably because you have reached the 2400 coupon count (there is a limit).

Once you reach that limit, you will receive a pack containing Training Potions. You can only start claiming the ac*ulated coupons from 21 September.

I'm only speaking based on personal experience.
