I purchased the daily recharge for Garra's fragments and I didn't get them. I only got the other rewards. I was at nine Garra fragments yesterday and I am still at nine now. I tried restarting Naruro Online and I still have nine. Sorry if this is the wrong place to report this, idk where else to post it. Hope you have a good rest of your day! Reply

Please click the question mark on the upper right hand corner of your screen and create and submit a customer support ticket to the in-game CS team and they can assist you with this matter. Please make sure you have cleared out your backpack and mailbox before sending in your ticket, in case the missing fragments are in there.
