Hello,
Unfortunately the description in game for Laceration is incorrect. This issue has been forwarded to the devs to be fixed and will hopefully be corrected soon. In the meantime, here is the correct information on the debuff:
Laceration: Units suffering from this debuff have all healing effects on them reduced by 50%. This debuff is irremovable and bypasses immunity.
