Ao can reduce Danzo's mystery cooldown ，but he can not reduce minato [edo tensen]'s cooldown.

Hello,
Yes, unfortunately there is an issue with Edo Minato that prevents him from benefitting from Ao's effect. The devs are aware of this but at present we have no ETA on a fix. Sorry for the inconvenience, and hopefully it is fixed soon!
