The ranking board did reset at 5 AM at the start of the new week, and I have not come across any feedback from other players on my server experiencing a similar problem with missing rewards. Upon opening my mailbox, I did receive two mails containing attached coupon rewards, but the Trial of Strength reward was absent.

I deliberately did not do this trial until the last day, completing the trial after 12 AM but before the server reset time (Got 3rd place). Considering that this was the first time I did it and this happened, I can only speculate that this may be the potential reason behind the missing reward. It appears that I was not ranked when the server reset occurred, leading to the absence of the reward.

I do not reside in the United States and all the times mentioned here refer to the server time. I am certain that I completed the trial before the 4 AM server time.

I have serious doubt that the cut-off is at midnight since I have on multiple occasions out-ranked another player doing the trial after midnight, and the rewards I received subsequently did reflect my latest rank accurately.

However, if the cut-off has been changed to 12 AM since the recent system update, I would greatly appreciate the clarification.
