Did your ranking boards not reset? What rank were/are you? Did anyone else fail to receive their rewards in your server?

The ranking board did reset at 5 AM at the start of the new week, and I have not come across any feedback from other players on my server experiencing a similar problem with missing rewards. Upon opening my mailbox, I did receive two mails containing attached coupon rewards, but the Trial of Strength reward was absent.

I deliberately did not do this trial until the last day, completing the trial after 12 AM but before the server reset time (Got 3rd place). Considering that this was the first time I did it and this happened, I can only speculate that this may be the potential reason behind the missing reward. It appears that I was not ranked when the server reset occurred, leading to the absence of the reward.

I see, OK. And when you say 12am, is that 12am server time, or local time? Is there a difference for you, or is your time the same as server time? I know there is a period between 4am and 5am server time where the scores will reset and be tallied for the week. Did you by chance do this between 4am and 5am server time?

I will ask for clarification on this issue, pending your response to the above question, but I believe the issue is this: The infinite illusion scoreboard tallies the highest scores for the week, with the week being from 5am Monday to 12am Sunday (I had previously thought it to be 4am Sunday, but if you're experiencing this then the cutoff is likely midnight). The event stays open between 12am and 5am on sunday to allow people to participate, but new scores generated during that time likely do not count towards the generated rewards when the server resets.

I do not reside in the United States and all the times mentioned here refer to the server time. I am certain that I completed the trial before the 4 AM server time.

I have serious doubt that the cut-off is at midnight since I have on multiple occasions out-ranked another player doing the trial after midnight, and the rewards I received subsequently did reflect my latest rank accurately.

However, if the cut-off has been changed to 12 AM since the recent system update, I would greatly appreciate the clarification.

OK, I'm not sure that we're aware of this bug. I will bring it to the devs' attention but in order to have it investigated I need screenshots of it happening. Did you, by chance, get screenshots of your scores going in but then not going onto the ranking? Are you interested in or willing to replicate the procedure to do so?
