Accounts generally are not deleted. There are exceptions, but this would usually only be if your account was extremely unused with little playtime, in which case you might be better off simply restarting anyway. Most likely you are simply unable to access your account due to a forgotten password. You can retrieve your account and password by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the miniclient and following the instructions.

I apologize, I thought you had said your account with us was deleted, not that the email address itself was deleted.
I can't guarantee success due to these cir*stances, but your only recourse at this point would be to create a ticket and attempt to appeal the account. You will need to provide some information to the investigating team, but you can make the ticket from your current, temporary account. Here's the link to do so.
