Hello,
Unfortunately this is not a bug. It would help if you detailed which browser you are logging in from, but if it is Puffin they have officially stated that some of their services will be slow as they perform some maintenance or transitions, which is why people are currently having issues logging in with Puffin. This is not, sadly, something we can address, as this issue on Puffin's side. We can only recommend researching and finding a different browser to use, if you are unable or unwilling to use the miniclient.
