1＃ Go ToSo... I have seen Shisui in some events like carnival, lucky * and etc. but i was wondering what is the cheapest way of getting his fragments without recharging.
There are some guides out there which give an estimated rate of getting his fragments in certain events but not to all events and since it's more or else his me
ta I would like this post to be a guide for his rates in all events If you have any information for his rates in events or etc. please drop it down below and I will, in time, edit this so it can be used in the future

Hey!
Right now I would say that carnival celebrations -> capsules is the cheapest way to obtain shisui susano.
I can not tell you an exact drop rate for him since it is variable depending on the items on the board. the 8 slots (excluding shisui) on the board influence his droprate.
Rare nin include: TTJ Obito, 6P Pain, Sus Shisui, RS/5th Tsunade, GNW Orochimaru, Kimono Kakashi, Black Zetu, AS Neji, Taka Karin
Common nin include: SS Sai, 3rd Hiruzen, SS/YA Konan, 4th Minato, EGF Kakuzu, Hallo Kabuto, SS Mei, Shark Kisame, YA Jiraiya, Chinese Hinata.
Rare items include: Charm packs, refine packs, seal scrolls, cloth, threads, summon scrolls, cave keys, and gold dusts. Common items include: vials, purification runes, magas, summon frags, ss pages, myobokus, stam pots, purification protects, gold vials, bells, and training pots
note: unlisted are somewhere between rare and common
