we finally got a merge thank you for that but we are getting a lot of bugs cant see rankings and 3v3 cross server time outs just seeing if this is a big or not
Hello,
I'm glad to hear you were able to get a merge!
Can you please explain which bugs you are getting?
Can you show me the ranking issue?
As for 3v3 timeouts, this tends to happen a bit more on Thursdays (for some reason the server connections are less stable).
Usually when cross server events throw up an error when trying to queue, the way to resolve it is the following (Make sure every single person in the team does it and in order, no skipping any):
1) Clear the Client/Browser Cache
2) Flush your DNS Cache
3) Close and re-open the game (though can try rebooting the PC to ensure old loaded data is cleaned out, but normally not needed)
The reason this occurs is due to a few things: #1 The internet is never 100% stable and any micro-loss of connection can cause data to not sync properly. #2 Flash is an old software language and is known to sometimes just outright fail to properly switch/clean data (seen often when you mouse over things too fast, tooltips don't go away as it didn't receive the instructions properly).
Hopefully this helps, and please let me know on the other issues!
Thanks and have a great day!
